Stage 1 · XECO600 Line Conditioner
RF-Inspired Narrowband Tuning
Acts as a narrowband shunt filter, creating low-impedance paths for unwanted frequencies while maintaining high impedance at 60 Hz. Selectively resonates at the 3rd harmonic band to absorb and extract distortions locally, then pushes them into harmonic levels for upstream cancellation.

Core Hardware
Proprietary Physical Design
Three proprietary hardware elements work in combination to achieve precision narrowband filtering at the load level, extracting harmonics before they can propagate upstream into the distribution network.

What Gets Extracted
Harmonic Distortion Profile
VFDs, UPS systems, LED drivers, and switch-mode power supplies inject odd-order harmonics that the XECO600 specifically targets and removes from the waveform before they reach the transformer.

Stage 2 · XPF480 Active Power Filter
Active Harmonic Cancellation
Cancels harmonic current by injecting current of equal amplitude and reverse phase across the 2nd–51st harmonic order. FFT logic processes the full harmonic spectrum with greater than 97% compensation accuracy. Sub-cycle reaction time of less than 50µs ensures no lag under dynamic load changes.

Dynamic Reactive Power Compensation
The built-in Static Var Generator delivers programmable reactive power compensation alongside harmonic filtering. This eliminates the need for traditional capacitor banks, which only fix displacement PF, degrade within 2–3 years, and can amplify harmonics through resonance.
